Though we are still seeing a decline in sales numbers, the market continues to stay quite active as the desire to own along the Emerald Coast remains consistent. Inventory levels are increasing, giving buyers a chance to be more selective. We're sure to see even more of this in this busy spring season – a popular time to list!
