Spring is in full bloom and so is real estate! We had an incredible month here along the Emerald Coast. Compared to the same time last year, we saw the number of properties sold increase by 78%. The sold volume also increased by an astounding 147%. We're seeing many people across the country making moves to our coast. Spring brings fresh beginnings, and what better place to start a new journey than at the beach!
