Here is your Emerald Coast monthly market update!  Looking at the numbers year-over-year, we saw the number of properties sold increase by 15%. The sold volume also increased by 40%. The website move.org reported that Florida was the No. 1 destination for relocating Americans from April 2020 to April 2021. We're seeing many people across the country making moves to our coast.
