Looking at the numbers year-over-year, we see that the number of properties sold decreased by 36% and there was a 25% decrease in the sold volume. Though there was a dip in sales in July, the market continues to stay quite active as the desire to own along the Emerald Coast stays consistent. As we inch closer to autumn, we're keeping a close eye on the market to find the perfect deal for our buyers. As seen in the infographic below, the median sales prices are up across most areas, making this a fantastic time to sell as well!
