February was another fantastic month for real estate along the Emerald Coast! Compared to the same time last year, we saw the number of properties sold increase by 63%. The sold volume also increased by an astounding 141%. We're seeing many people across the country making moves to our coast. Spring brings fresh beginnings, and what better place to start a new journey than at the beach!
