Ballet at Twilight
When: June 18th
Where: Grand Boulevard
Description: Northwest Florida Ballet will stage its annual free community performance, Ballet at Twilight, featuring a mixed repertoire of classic and modern works in Grand Boulevard at Sandestin's Grand Park on Sat., June 18 at 7:30 PM. This popular outdoor production will feature international guest artists from Ballet Memphis, American Repertory Ballet and Ballet San Antonio with the NFB company.
This unique mixed repertoire program will include such classical works as the Grand Pas de Deux from Don Quixote, Beauty and the Beast and Diana and Acteon, and contemporary works choreographed by NFB Artistic Director Todd Eric Allen and Camille Loftis. The program concludes with the audience favorite Jazz Swing, which expresses the joy of classical dancing to the rhythm of Jazz, choreographed by Fernando Bujones with music by Louis Prima and Eddy Higgins.
Ballet at Twilight is presented as part of Grand Boulevard's Coastal Culture series, made possible by the Grand Boulevard Arts & Entertainment Program.
