The Emerald Coast saw another busy summer and early fall in real estate! Compared to the same time last year, home sales increased for the areas of Destin (+23), North Santa Rosa Beach (+11), 30A East (+6), and 30A West (+30), while Miramar Beach/Sandestin (+12) and Okaloosa Island (-66) saw a decline. Condo sales were down across most areas including Destin (-10), Miramar Beach/Sandestin (-19), 30A East (-29), and 30A West (-12), while Okaloosa Island (+42) saw an increase, and North Santa Rosa Beach (-0) held steady.
Needless to say, we've been busy and are continuing strong in the last quarter of the year!
